Regular service  Pre-departure contract notice 

  1. This newsletter is to inform you that the itinerary has been arranged for you, and will go to the service at a fixed time as agreed in the future, hereby notified.

  2. Regular customers will receive the total cost of the entire month in advance before they can enjoy the discount. (The remittance account number is as follows)

  3. This service is  hour  Billing , not all you can eat . The minimum charge is four hours per person. Overtime will be charged .

  4. Owners are obliged to provide a safe working environment. If colleagues assess that there is a danger of physical life, they have the right to refuse service. If the colleague’s life is injured due to the negligence of the owner, he shall have the right to claim compensation to the owner.

  5. ​​ Peer service is limited to cleaning services, and does not include other services that are not in the scope of cleaning (except if there is an agreement)

  6. Above all provide clean portable cleaning tool (flat mop, rag, brush with a little gadget) with basic green cleaning products (kitchen, toilet, universal, glass, etc.). If you have special requirements, please prepare or purchase them by yourself.

  7. If you need to provide stairs or a small vacuum cleaner, an additional 500-1000 yuan (depending on the region) will be added.

  8. If there is insufficient time for on-site judgment or additional requests from customers , it will be subject to on-site conditions. If the service is available within the scheduled time, we are happy to help. If the evaluation time is not enough, overtime or extra time, an additional 550 yuan/person will be charged for one hour, and an additional 650 yuan/person will be charged for one hour during the Chinese New Year (if there are more than two people on site, all extra time or all average extra hours will be required)

  9. All fees will be charged after the end of the service time. (Except for those with prior agreement)

  10. If the hours are delayed due to our colleagues being late, we will make up the hours. If the time is short due to the late arrival of the owner, we will not make up for it. Or we may need to pick up the key from the designated place to open the door. The round-trip time is included in the service hours. Please forgive me.

  11. Non-service items

  12. Before cleaning, please take away the valuables in your home

  13. After the service is completed, please be sure to sign for it.

  14. If the itinerary has been agreed by both parties in advance, and the service personnel arrive at the scene on the day of service, but the service is unavailable due to the owner's factors, we will charge 200 yuan for carriage and horses, and you can reconfirm the date and time of the next service.

  15. ​​ We will pack the cleaned garbage and waste (please provide a special garbage bag for the owner) or gather them in one place, and ask the owner to dispose of it by himself. If you need to deal with it, you can call the clearing company on your behalf, and the cost will be quoted according to the current price of the clearing company.

  16. If there is force majeure on the day of service, such as typhoon, flood. . . In case of force majeure, you can coordinate rescheduled service or cancel service. Inquiry about suspension of classes and classes by the Bureau of Personnel Administration of the Executive Yuan

  18. If the contract does not reach 50% of the total number of times (months), it will be calculated as cancellation, please refer to Article 20 of the contract

  19. If the customer cancels the contract halfway, the refund method is the number of times the service has been used (the number of services/fees before the termination of the contract will be priced according to the company's signboard, no discounts are provided), and then the remaining amount will be refunded.

  20. If the commission exceeds the work content items, the price will be extra.

  21. Big Four festival (the Spring Festival, Tomb Sweeping Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival), as the case may be suspended

  22. The recruitment of regular members will be suspended one month before the start of the Lunar New Year cleaning

  23. Regular VIP customers (not included in the hour card), during the Spring Festival cleaning period, their original service period fees will be charged according to the original preferential fees, and will not be affected by fee adjustments, and they will still enjoy the original discounts for regular cleaning customers. If there are more than the originally fixed number of hours, it will be calculated based on the cost of the New Year period.             

    1. For example: Ms. Lin is the company's fixed Monday morning from 09 to 13:00 for four hours. During the Spring Festival cleaning period, the original service time fee will be charged according to the original discounted fee, but if Ms. Lin wants to increase the time or increase the frequency, The additional hours will be calculated and collected based on the current expenses during the cleaning period
